No personal trading access

As a provider of technical analysis information, we have no access to the personal trading accounts or brokerage statements of our users. We therefore have no basis to claim that our users perform better or worse than traders as a whole based on any content, tool or feature we provide.

Market data

Market data is provided by Yahoo Finance. Real-time and historical futures data comes from Yahoo Finance API services, which aggregate data from major exchanges including CME Group. All of this data is provided free of charge.

Initial Balance levels are computed from that data. Session boundaries are resolved in exchange time (America/New_York), and daylight saving transitions are handled by the time zone database.

Data accuracy

All data is provided "as is" and should be verified independently before being used for trading. While we take care over accuracy, we make no warranty as to the completeness, correctness or timeliness of the information provided.
